  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 7:00 PM (CET) Central European Time will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

  • Order Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted carriers.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, your order is estimated to arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: The total estimated delivery time from order placement to receipt is 6 to 9 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All orders within the United Kingdom are eligible for free shipping. There is no minimum order requirement for free shipping.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. If we do not receive a response within 10 days, your order will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs.
